By installing or using VONWEB you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the app.
VONWEB surveys a public website you name and reports what it found: a figure out of one hundred, six areas, and the individual findings behind them. It reads publicly available information only, in the same way an ordinary visitor to that website would.
VONWEB is an informational tool, not professional advice. A survey is a snapshot of one moment, taken from one vantage point, and a website can change between one survey and the next. A high figure is not a guarantee that a site is safe, correct, lawful, or well made, and a low figure is not an accusation against its owner. Do not rely on a survey alone for a security, legal, financial, or commercial decision.
You are responsible for what you do with a report, including any decision you take about a website or the people who run it.
You agree not to use VONWEB to attack, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any website; not to survey a site in order to harass its owner; not to work around the limits the app or the service place on how often surveys may be run; and not to use the app in any way that breaks the law where you are.
We may limit or refuse service to an installation that does not follow this section.
VONWEB Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited history and side-by-side comparison of two sites. It is not a subscription and nothing recurs. Purchases are made through Apple, and Apple's terms govern the payment, the receipt, and any refund. Restoring a purchase on another device is available from the Settings screen and from the Pro screen.
If a purchased capability is later changed or withdrawn, that change is described in the app's release notes.
We aim to keep the surveying service running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, that a survey will always succeed, or that a given website can always be reached. A website that refuses to answer is reported as such; that is a result, not a fault in the app.
The app, its design, and its text belong to TRADE IN GIANT LIMITED. You may use the app for its intended purpose; you may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it. The websites you survey belong to their own owners, and nothing in a report transfers any right in them.
VONWEB is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that its measurements are complete, accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of VONWEB or from any decision you took because of a report. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms may be updated. The current version is published here and carries the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
